Empowering People. Enabling Progress.
Prana Jan Kalyan Samiti is a community-based organization focused on skill development, education, and rural empowerment. We work to bring real opportunities to people through training programs, digital literacy, and employment-linked initiatives.
Prerna means "inspiration" — and that's exactly what we stand for. We are a community-driven initiative dedicated to empowering women from all walks of life. Our mission is to support, educate, and uplift women so they can lead independent, confident, and successful lives.
At Preana Empower, we believe in uplifting communities by bridging the gap between potential and opportunity. As a proud participant in initiatives like the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), our events—such as this Kaushal Mela—bring together local talent, expert guidance, and real opportunities to promote skill-based growth and self-reliance.
Prerna Empower is a social organization working to improve the lives of youth and women through skill development and digital education.
We provide in-class training to students and job seekers to build skills in communication, digital tools, and workplace readiness.
Our goal is to make learning easy, practical, and career-focused.
Prerna was the culmination of the hard work and dedication of a group of young social development professionals who dared to make social work as a career. The unorganized efforts of these youths took a concrete shape and were christened as Prerna Jan Kalyan SamitiIn order to make the effort this small forum was given a legal status by registering it under the M. P. Societies Registration Act 1973 in 2015. In the initial stage it was acting as a Youth Development Centre. Gradually it has been evolved as an Skill Development and Research Centre.
Women and young girls from the local area are seen participating attentively in the session, which aims to educate them about health, self-reliance, education, and their rights. Programs like this play a crucial role in uplifting rural women, fostering confidence, unity, and social awareness. Through such initiatives, women are encouraged to become active participants in their communities and contribute to their families' and society's development.
The Mission of Prerna Jan Kalyan Samiti is “To educate, Skill and inform people through the comprehensive and appropriate channel of dissemination and cultivate the potential of young people within the community so as to provide a better future to the society. Make them independent, sensible, strong and simultaneously help, support and serve poor, rural and needful people to make their lives better”.
The vision of Prerna Jan Kalyan Samiti is “To provide sound educational environment and empower society by skilling women and children for their social and economic development in rural and semi urban areas”.
